Opportunity for a motivated & energetic Concrete Floor Polishing Leading Hand to join our growing business in Sydney. We are seeking long term team members who will grow with the business.
About the Company
Based out of Sydney, MJW Applications is a market leader with decades of experience in Decorative Concrete Floor Finishes and Stone/ Tile Restoration. By offering innovative systems adaptable to any floor; we restore & enhance our clients existing concrete floors. Our specialisation ranges from large commercial spaces to residential homes.
The Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic individual with willingness to learn and/or deliver industry experience. Other skilled tradesmen will be considered such as tilers, stone masons, carpenters & experienced labourers. You will be working in a team environment and due to high volume of work and new projects, we are looking for punctual, reliable & committed people with strong work ethics & a positive attitude to join the team.
Tasks & Responsibilities
Working on sites across Sydney
High end commercial & residential work
Assist in the preparation and application of micro-topping, self-levelling compounds and joint sealing systems to ensure high-quality surface restoration
Operate concrete polishing machinery (planetary grinders, burnishers, vacuums) and apply densifiers, sealers and coatings.
Conduct surface preparation including grinding, levelling, patching and crack repairs.
Manage job site setup, cleanup and waste disposal.
