· Shift timings: Monday to Saturday: 10:30 am - 6:30 pm
Responsibilities:
· Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services.
· Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
· Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
· Follow up on leads and inquiries in a timely manner.
· Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer queries and concerns.
· Achieve monthly targets and contribute to the overall team performance.
Skills and Qualifications:
· Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (or regional languages).
· Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
