At this time, we are looking for local Ontario based candidates WITH TECHNICAL RESCUE EXPERIENCE, industrial or fire/rescue.

Job Description
We are hiring Attendant and Confined Space Rescue Technicians to join our standby rescue and safety teams. This role requires technical rescue training and a strong commitment to workplace safety. You will monitor confined space operations, provide rescue standby coverage, and ensure compliance with all applicable safety standards.
Responsibilities
Monitor confined space entry and air quality testing
Inspect, set up, and maintain rescue and safety equipment
Perform hazard assessments and identify safety controls
Complete and verify entry permits and related documentation
Provide rescue standby and respond to emergencies as required
Participate in company training, including drills and continuing education
Qualifications & Minimum Requirements
Technical rescue training at the operations level (confined space or rope rescue) – required (training can be provided if not current)
MOL Working at Heights – required (training provided if not current)
MOL Safety in 4 Steps – required
Standard First Aid or EMR certification – required
Workplace Safety & Rescue training and experience – priority given
Candidates with pre-fire service or paramedic certifications and workplace safety experience will be considered
Must be available for pre-employment training and orientation
Position open to current residents legally permitted to work in Canada (no sponsorship at this time)
Security guard or similar experience is not an asset at this time

Schedule & Deployment
Pre-employment training and orientation: TBA
Field deployment: TBA
Work is project-based and may include days, evenings, nights (Rare), and weekends
