DESIGNATION- Deputy Manager (Financial Reporting & Consolidation Reporting)
QUALIFICATION - Qualified Chartered Accountant
EXPERIENCE - 3-5Yrs
LOCATION- Bangalore
Job Purpose:
• Preparation/ Review of Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly consolidated financial statements.
• Preparing MIS and reporting to management
• Assisting in monthly book closure
• Assisting in internal and stat audit process
• Assisting in the R2R process
Key Responsibilities:
• Preparation/ Review of consolidated financial statements
• Preparation of disclosures as per Ind AS for standalone/ consolidated financial statements
• Identifying and preparing a list of console adjustments
• Responsible for liasoning with the various team members to obtain the standalone financial statements
• Responsible for Monthly book closure.
• Preparation/ Review of MIS for the management
• Addressing the internal and stat audit queries
• Accomplish Key Performance Indicators
Knowledge, Skills and Competencies:
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel
• Good knowledge of Ind AS (especially Ind AS 1, Ind AS 8, Ind AS 27, Ind AS 28, Ind AS 31) Accounting Standards, IFRS and Corporate Laws
• Effective Communication. Clear articulation of issues identified
• Should be eager to learn and be active and enthusiastic
