• Has vast knowledge in and reviews all accounting related to new construction projects.
• Job costing as Construction Accountant.
• Legal documents review.
• Work in progress (WIP).
• Journal entries, preparing financial statements.
• Analyze financials as Construction Accountant.
• Insurance coverage management.
• Fix assets and developments for Construction Accountant.
• Assist with some bookkeeping and HR related tasks.
