Company Overview
Our client a well-established leader and A1 main contractor in the civil engineering and construction industry, known for delivering high-quality projects across infrastructure, building, and specialized engineering sectors. As they continue to drive growth and expansion, they are now seeking a Construction Manager, Architectural, to join their team and contribute to their ongoing success.
Key Responsibilities
• Effectively collaborate and communicate with architectural services and other on-site trades to ensure seamless project coordination.
• Oversee the scheduling of architectural works, procurement of materials, cost management, and comprehensive project documentation.
• Assist in developing, implementing, and monitoring the construction management plan to ensure project objectives are met.
• Supervise and inspect all architectural work carried out by subcontractors to ensure quality and compliance with design specifications.
• Ensure that all architectural activities adhere to project specifications and maintain high-quality standards.
• Foster and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, community representatives, and other external parties.
• Support the Project Manager in coordinating civil, structural, architectural, and System-Wide Contractors (SWCs) to ensure integrated project delivery.
• Review and interpret drawings, worksites, and technical documentation, resolving any issues with consultants and subcontractors.
• Monitor the progress of architectural works on-site, ensuring timely completion within schedule.
• Coordinate the work of subcontractors to guarantee architectural activities are on track and aligned with project timelines.
• Ensure architectural works comply with all relevant regulations, standards, and authority requirements to uphold quality and safety.
• Manage architectural scheduling, material requisition, cost control, site supervision, and documentation in line with the overall project plan.
• Lead quality assurance efforts, including preparing for CONQUAS assessments and ensuring compliance with quality standards.
Key Requirements
• Minimum of 10 years of experience as a main contractor in Design & Build projects.
• Degree in Architecture, recognized by the Board of Architects.
• Experience in building services is preferred.
• Strong ability to lead and manage teams effectively.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in relevant project management software and tools.
