This Construction Project Manager role is based in Orange County, CA, offering the rare opportunity to work for a small, tight-knit team that builds only its own hotel and commercial projects—no outside clients, no middlemen. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Project Manager position include:
5+ years of construction project management experience, preferably in hospitality or commercial construction
Managing the full project life cycle including scheduling, budgeting, and cost control
Coordinating closely with architects, engineers, and consultants as an owner/builder
Soliciting subcontractor bids and maintaining historical cost data
Reviewing drawings, contracts, permits, and change orders
Tracking project performance, identifying risks early, and reporting to ownership
Utilizing project management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, or similar tools
Managing multiple projects simultaneously with strong organization and communication skills
Salary: $120,000 - $140,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
