We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our dynamic team.
The Role
As the core role of Construction Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of construction projects, ensuring that they are completed to the highest standards and in full compliance with all relevant regulations and safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee construction projects from start to completion.
Prepare detailed project plans, schedules and budgets to ensure alignment with business and project targets.
Review architectural drawings and technical specifications to identify suitable construction methods and approaches.
Coordinate and prioritize resources including labour, materials, machinery and equipment for efficient project delivery.
Prepare tender and contract proposals, and conduct negotiations with clients, suppliers and stakeholders during the project.
Track project progress, analyze budget variations and take corrective measures to maintain cost control.
Communicate and collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, quantity surveyors and site teams to resolve issues and maintain coordination.
Ensure all construction activities comply with relevant laws, safety standards and quality requirements.
Lead, supervise and manage on-site staff to drive project milestones and achieve successful project delivery.
Who We Are Looking For
5+ years’ experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar supervisory role within the construction industry.
Bachelor's degree or above, major in architecture or related fields preferred.
Possesses a deep understanding of construction methods, building materials, and relevant building codes and regulations;
Exhibits outstanding problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a strong aptitude for critical thinking and the formulation of practical, actionable solutions;
Proficient in reading and interpreting construction drawings, technical specifications, and various forms of technical documentation;
Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective liaison and coordination with clients, stakeholders, and construction teams.
Pay: $145,000.00 – $155,000.00 per year
