About the Role

This role is hands-on, fast-moving, and full of variety. You’ll be out on site, meeting clients, interviewing candidates, and managing a full 360 desk — matching great people with great jobs across Canterbury’s construction and trades sectors
This isn’t a sit-behind-the-desk role — you’ll be on the phone, on the road, and in the mix, making things happen every day
What You’ll Be Doing
Building and managing relationships with clients, site managers, and candidates
Recruiting and placing skilled workers across a range of construction and trades roles
Advertising, screening, interviewing, and completing compliance checks
Conducting site visits and maintaining accurate documentation
Driving activity to meet placement and KPI goals within a supportive, high-performing team
What We’re Looking For
Previous recruitment experience (construction or trades preferred)
Strong people skills and the confidence to pick up the phone and connect
High energy and motivation to chase business and close deals
Attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple priorities
Current driver’s licence (for site visits and client meetings)
