Job Summary
We are seeking dedicated and experienced Construction Site Supervisor to oversee and manage Multifamily framing projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, deficiency free, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong attention to detail, an expert level understanding of the framing processes, and the ability to effectively communicate with various stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Supervise daily operations on the construction site, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Coordinate and manage subcontractors, laborers, and other personnel involved in the project.
Utilize construction management software such as ProCore to track project progress and maintain documentation.
Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to ensure accurate execution of plans.
Conduct regular quality control inspections to ensure work meets industry standards and specifications and Provide deficiency lists.
Ensure engineering and deficiency reports are closed out with utmost urgency
Collaborate with project managers to develop schedules and timelines for project milestones.
Maintain clear communication with clients and Project Manager to ensure the highest level of customer service is achieved
Requirements
Proven experience in construction supervision or management roles.
Strong background in Framing, Ideally multifamily condos
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings effectively.
Excellent leadership skills with a focus on supervising teams in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality control throughout all stages of construction.
Effective communication skills for interacting with diverse teams and stakeholders at all levels.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $140,000.00-$200,000.00 per year
