Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and experienced Site Supervisor to manage interior and architectural project sites. The ideal candidate should be hands-on, solution-oriented, and capable of handling daily site operations while ensuring quality and timely execution.
• Key Responsibilities:Oversee day-to-day activities at the site to ensure timely and quality execution
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams
• Maintain site reports, progress updates, and material records
• Ensure adherence to design details, drawings, and BOQ specifications
• Conduct quality checks and ensure safety compliance
• Communicate effectively with the design team for issue resolution
• Assist in material procurement and stock management
• Requirements:Minimum 3 years of experience in supervising interior/execution projects
• Strong knowledge of civil, electrical, plumbing, and finishing works
• Ability to read and understand working drawings
• Strong coordination and leadership skills
• Proficient in maintaining daily reports and timelines
• Flexible with travel across project locations in Delhi NCR
• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or related field (preferred)
