Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Construction Supervisor based in Gurgaon. The Construction Supervisor will oversee daily site operations, ensure construction safety, inspect completed work, and coordinate with various stakeholders. The Supervisor will also manage site supervision tasks, ensuring the project stays on schedule and within budget. Clear communication and effective supervisory skills are essential for this role.
Qualifications
• Experience in Supervisory Skills and Site Supervision
• Proficiency in Communication and Construction Safety protocols
• Skill in Inspection and adherence to safety standards
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Relevant certifications or degrees in Construction Management or related fields are a plus
• Prior experience in interior architecture or related construction projects is beneficial
