Mohawk Valley Contracting services both residential and commercial properties, performing a broad range of services including interior and exterior construction, remodeling, concrete work, drainage solutions, hardscaping, landscaping, and more.
Crew Leads
Responsibilities:
Initially work under existing Crew Leads to learn project expectations and workflow
After training, take responsibility for managing a team through project completion
Maintain a high standard of workmanship and team coordination
Qualifications:
Leadership capability and clear communication skills
Reliable transportation and punctuality
Experience in one or more relevant trades is preferred, though full proficiency in all services is not required
Laborers
Pay is based on skill level, experience, competence and reliability.
Responsibilities:
Basic understanding of tools and jobsite safety
Follow instructions and complete tasks efficiently
Maintain punctual attendance and a positive work ethic
Communicate clearly and work well within a team
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.50 - $25.00 per hour
