Commencing early January 2026, this opportunity requires a 6-month commitment, full-time hours: 8:30am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday.With our offices located Nationally, this is a 6 month max-term full-time role can be based from either Jagera Giabal and Jarowair Country (Toowoomba), Naarm (Melbourne), Boorloo (Perth) or Wardandi Noongar Country (Bunbury).
What You'll Do Manage email communications and coordinate policy post-outs Handle incoming customer calls with professionalism and care Support debtor follow-ups and maintain accurate records Review and monitor submissions to maintain high standards Collaborate with your team to deliver great customer outcomes
What You'll Bring Customer-focused with a commitment to timely, accurate service delivery Able to work autonomously, make decisions, and follow business processes Detail-oriented with the ability to manage priorities and maintain compliance Clear communicator with strong rapport-building and active listening skills Tech-savvy and confident using multiple systems to manage tasks efficiently
