Working closely with others to drive behavioral changes on the front line, you will focus on removing barriers, developing leadership, and engaging employees to optimize performance
Your responsibilities include leading, coaching, and developing client organization members through a change management process, identifying barriers, and training on repeatable problem-solving skills to achieve substantial improvements and measurable results
Achieving results through the clients' leadership team without formal authority is a key challenge of this role
Your interpersonal skills in building partnerships, securing buy-in, and fostering ownership among clients will be critical to the success of both the clients and company as well as your personal success
