### Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Support:

- Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for future reference and quality improvement.

2. Communication:

### Requirements

#### Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a contact center or customer service role.

- Technical Skills: Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Soft Skills:
- Strong critical thinking abilities to analyze situations and make effective decisions.
- Excellent presentation skills to effectively communicate information to customers and team members.
