Designation- Customer Service Support (Fresher/ Lateral)
Reports To: Team Coach / Team Leader
Job Location- Andheri East Mumbai
Work Mode- Work from Office
Shift - Night
Responsibilities
v Answer inbound calls, related to appointments and other medical services professionally and efficiently.
v Answer Inbound Calls related to medication refills, Orders, lab and test results and take in messages for the doctor’s office.
v Making outbound calls related to appointment confirmation/cancelling and rescheduling with providing information about (Appointment date and time, location and physician to be seen).
v Provide accurate information about healthcare services, clinic hours, policies, and procedures.
v Schedule, reschedule, or cancel patient appointments using Electronic Health Record (EHR) and Enterprise Practice Management (EPM) in the Practice Management System.
v Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
v Document all interactions in (EHR) or healthcare-specific platforms.
v Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and professionalism.
v Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using (EHR) in Practice Management System.
v Meet or exceed performance metrics such as call handling time, customer satisfaction scores, and resolution rates.
v Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve customer experience.
v Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends.
Requirements
Ø Excellent communication.
Ø Basic knowledge of Word and Excel.
Ø Tech Savy and knowledge of CRM tools.
Ø Freshers / Prior experience in a healthcare call centre or customer service role.
Ø HSC/ Graduate in any stream.
Ø Immediate Joiner.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
