Job Description
Make outbound calls to warm leads to schedule sales or service appointments
Qualify leads by understanding customer needs and concerns
Build strong brand rapport through professional, empathetic communication
Accurately book appointments and update CRM/customer records
Work closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth handoffs
What We’re Looking For
Excellent verbal communication and speaking skills
Strong empathy and ability to connect with homeowners
Experience in customer service, call handling, or appointment setting
Comfortable making outbound calls and handling objections professionally
Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
HVAC or home services experience is an asset (training provided)
Must have proficient speaking skills
