Job Overview:
Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Outbound Sales team lead to manage a Telecalling channels who engage in proactive outbound sales activities. The sales team lead will play a pivotal role in driving the success of the team by implementing effective sales strategies, supporting and developing team members and achieving sales targets through proactive outbound calling efforts.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for managing and guiding the Outbound Telecalling sales channel partners. This includes setting goals, providing training and coaching, conducting performance evaluations and ensuring the team’s overall productivity and effectiveness.
Work closely with business team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans.
Monitor the performance of the channels. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, call volume and revenue generated.
Provide feedback and implement strategies to improve performance.
Identify training needs and provide ongoing coaching and development opportunities for the sales team.
Conduct regular sales training sessions, share best practices and help team members improve their sales skills and techniques.
Continuously evaluates and enhances the outbound sales process to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Prepare regular sales reports, analyze sales data and present insights and recommendations to the higher management.
Requirements:
5+ yrs of prior experience in managing outbound sales Tele-calling channels is essential.
Should have a solid understanding of sales principles, techniques and best practices.
Strong leadership skills are crucial to effectively manage and guide sales team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
Strong Analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to identify trends and develop strategies to improve performance.
Proficiency in MS Office and Call centre Software.
