Key Responsibilities:
1. Content Strategy & Planning
· Develop monthly and yearly content calendars aligned with brand goals and marketing campaigns
· Ideate & pitch creative concepts for videos, reels, carousels, and stories across platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.)
2. Content Creation & Production
· Produce high-quality videos, reels, social media posts, visual posters, and written content
· Act as a face of the brand when needed: speak confidently on-camera, host shoots, and represent the brand with flair
· Collaborate with videographers, and marketing team to ensure smooth shoot execution
3. Research & Trendspotting
· Stay updated with trending audio, formats, content ideas, and best practices across platforms
· Adapt viral formats to suit the brand’s tone and aesthetic
· Curate creative content that blends style, inspiration, and performance
4. Content Management
· Maintain a well-organized content database on the company drive
· Track and record every media asset and campaign milestone
· Ensure timely posting and platform optimization
5. Team Collaboration
· Work closely with the Performance Marketing Executive to co-create ad creatives and targeted content
· Assist in content development for paid campaigns, lead generation, and branding initiatives
Requirements
· 1–3 years of experience in content creation, social media, or digital media
· Strong skills in video ideation, scripting, on-camera presentation, and storytelling
· Hands-on knowledge of Instagram, Canva, CapCut, or similar tools
· Creative mindset with strong visual and verbal communication skills
· Organized, self-driven, and passionate about design, lifestyle, and digital trends
· Experience in interior design/luxury/wellness space is a bonus!
