Job Summary
Plan, create, and publish engaging short-form video content for TikTok and Instagram Reels.
Appear on camera and represent the company in a professional, friendly, and trustworthy manner.
Develop content ideas aligned with the company’s brand, immigration services, and target audience.
Stay up-to-date with trends, audio, and challenges on TikTok and Instagram to keep content fresh and relevant.
Collaborate with the internal team to understand immigration topics and translate them into simplified, audience-friendly video content.
Monitor social media engagement, respond to comments, and interact with followers to build a strong online presence.
Track performance metrics (views, likes, shares, followers) and suggest improvements based on analytics.
Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all content.
Occasionally assist with posting stories, behind-the-scenes content, and client success stories.
Maintain a regular posting schedule and meet deadlines for content delivery.
Requirements
Comfortable being on camera and speaking confidently in videos
Strong understanding of current social media trends, hashtags, and platform algorithms
Excellent communication skills in Punjabi (additional languages like Hindi, or Urdu are a plus)
Basic video editing skills using mobile apps (e.g., CapCut, InShot, Canva, or similar)
Creative, outgoing, and confident personality with a strong sense of visual storytelling
Job Types: Part-time, Casual, Freelance
Pay: $17.75-$1+.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
