Job Title: Content & Design Manager
Location: Mumbai (This is Hybrid opportunity – almost 70% of the time, it is work from home)
About Company: An upcoming seed-funded D2C brand backed by a Bollywood celebrity. The company already has a presence across all leading marketplaces, including Tata Cliq Luxury, Amazon, Myntra, Flipkart, Nykaa Fashion, and Zepto. Also available on offline channels, such as Nature’s Basket and Food Square.
Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic, hands-on Content & Design Manager to lead the ideation and execution of content on social media platforms. This is a high-growth, entrepreneurial role — perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced, unstructured environments and wants to experience the full spectrum of building a consumer brand.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Strategy & Creation - Own content ideation, scripting, and production across formats – stills, videos, reels, etc.
Execute editing, post-production, and publishing schedules.
Ideate & manage brand shoots with Bollywood celebrities.
Social Media Management - Lead content calendar, manage daily posts and engagement across Instagram, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
Work with performance marketers to align organic content with paid strategy.
Brand Shoots & Campaigns - Manage end-to-end coordination for shoots (pre-production to execution).
Ensure brand visual language is consistent and elevated across channels.
Offline & Experiential Marketing - Lead store launches, retail activations, and customer engagement at offline touchpoints. Capture and leverage in-store content for social and digital.
Cross-Functional Execution - Manage relationships with photographers, videographers, influencers, and content vendors.
Skills & Qualifications:
2 to 5 years of experience in graphic design, content, marketing, social media, or creative roles.
Hands-on with software like Canva, Photoshop
Proficient in photo/video editing tools
Excellent visual and storytelling sense.
Confident in handling shoots, talent, and high-stakes brand moments.
Willing to work on-ground and manage activations/events.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
