About the job:
Key responsibilities:
1.Overseeing daily order fulfillment and ensuring timely shipping
2. Making follow-up calls to customers (COD confirmation, delivery updates)
3. Managing and organizing data in Excel / Google Sheets
4. Assisting in inventory and returns coordination
5. Helping with basic social media handling (posting, replying to DMs, updates)
6. Coordinating with the shipping/warehouse team to avoid delays and mix-ups
