Summary
You'll be responsible for making creative content to build brand awareness, drive engagement and promote the company's services.
Key Responsibilities
Q&A websites: Regularly post questions and answers on Q&A websites like Quora and Reddit. Handle multiple accounts, if required.
Content creation: Create engaging text, images and content that align with overall marketing efforts.
Brand listening: Monitor competitor activities and industry trends and adjust strategy accordingly.
Social media strategy: Develop, implement and manage a comprehensive social media strategy.
Platform management: Manage social accounts on platforms like Instagram, Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn. Optimize content for trends and algorithm changes.
Campaign development: Plan, execute and monitor campaigns to promote products, services or other marketing initiatives.
Analytics and reporting: Regularly analyse metrics and performance. Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Documenting Processes: Contribute to a knowledge-sharing culture within the company.
Requirements
Knowledge of social media platforms and best practices.
Experience in content writing.
Experience with graphic design.
Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
