Job description
We're seeking a Content & Operations Manager to drive growth at our crypto agency. If you have experience in content management and platforms like Discord and X, we want to hear from you!
Core Skills :
• Client-side content management experience, including but not limited to editing, cross-checking facts, and delivering final work.
• Experience with platforms like Discord and X and the ability to spot content gaps.
• Develop and execute content strategies aligned with the agency's goals and objectives. This includes creating content calendars, identifying key themes and topics, and assisting our design lead with client design briefs.
• Experience across various content formats such as Crypto technical docs, X threads, Posts, Discord announcements, and crypto blogs is preferred.
• Coordinate and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that deadlines are met while maintaining quality. This may involve working closely with internal teams as well as freelancers.
• Should be able to manage social media campaigns end-to-end (planning, management, and execution)
• Beginner-level know-how of tools like Notion and Trello, as well as platforms like Discord and Telegram.
• First-hand experience in NFTs and Web3 communities, including purchasing / trading NFTs and participating in Web3 communities (crypto / NFTs / DAOs).
• Strong meme game

• Experience with tech / finance is a plus (or willingness to learn). Please highlight this in your application.
