The Role Check Out Diversity and Includion Page Here : Job title: Content Specialist The role: We are looking for a qualified Content Manager who is an expert storyteller, to join our communications team. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining content to achieve our business goals. Your duties will also include creating and sharing content to raise brand awareness and monitoring web and social media traffic and metrics to identify best practices. You should be able to oversee all marketing content initiatives to ensure customer engagement, brand consistency and a positive customer experience. We are looking for candidates who possess the ability to think both creatively and analytically. As a content manager, you should be: An experienced professional with exceptional creative writing skills. Possess excellent knowledge of consumer and content trends. Able to perform well under deadlines. Be detail-oriented and meticulous. An expert in content optimization and brand consistency. Extremely creative with an eye for layout and design. Well organized and efficient. Good at inter-departmental collaboration. What we expect of you Key responsibilities: Develop cross-platform content strategy aligned with short-term and long-term marketing targets and goals. Manage content across all platforms, including website and email. Be responsible for creative, technical, as well as video content. Develop, manage and implement content calendars and ensure that the content remains consistent across all platforms. Collaborate with marketing, digital marketing and design teams to plan and develop content for online and offline platforms. Edit, proofread and improve existing content. Research content and consumer trends to ensure that content is relevant and appealing. Liaise with digital marketing teams to optimize content according to SEO for the website. Use content management systems to analyze website traffic and user engagement metrics. Manage content publication and distribution to online channels and social media platforms to increase website traffic. Ensure compliance with laws (copyright and data protection). Stay up-to-date with developments and generate new ideas to draw audience's attention. Key skills: Excellent writing skills in English. Proven work experience as a content manager/content specialist. Hands on experience with MS Office and other relevant content tools. Basic technical knowledge of web publishing. Knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics. Detailed knowledge of current online marketing trends. Familiarity with social media. Attention to detail. Good organizational and time-management skills. Educational requirements: Relevant Bachelors/University degree and MBA - Technical or Commercial or similar through experience. A minimum of four years of experience in content creation, marketing, communications, or similar. This position is based in Pune and will report to the Marketing Communications Manager.
