• The role: Graphic Designer
Kalvium is driven with the mission of making the world's education more relevant and engaging, and the marketing function tells this story to the world. As the Kalvium team works on delivering this unique program, we need somebody who can creatively portray our brand to build a thriving community of followers. We want you to use your creative prowess to inspire the school students to look beyond degrees and rankings and opt for a holistic, engaging higher education program that Kalvium offers with better career outcomes. • What will you do?
- Brainstorm and bring ideas to life alongside the creative team
- Develop new visual concepts & ideas by studying relevant information and material.
- Illustrate concepts by designing examples of art arrangement, size, type size and style.
- Preparing finished art by operating necessary equipment and software such as photoshop, Illustrator, (Adobe Creative Cloud), Coral draw, etc.
- Conceive, develop and produce effective graphic & audio-visual creatives.
- Design clear, persuasive and original graphic & audio-visual content for print, web and digital content.
- Be responsible for visual design on various online mediums such as Websites, Portals, Blogs, Articles, Micro Sites, social media channels such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter.
• Requirments
- Relevant experience as a graphic designer in marketing or content creation.
- A strong eye for visual composition
- Proficiency with desktop publishing tools, including but not limited to Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Corel Draw etc.,
- Photography, videography and video editing skills will be an added advantage
- A strong work ethic and ability to work through ambiguity
- A passion for technology and education
- Good sense of humor :)

Role Overview

• Growth Hacking - Research and implement effective growth hacks, trends, and optimization techniques (thumbnails, titles, hooks, etc.) to maximize video performance.
• Collaboration - Collaborate with on-screen talent and marketing teams to ensure content aligns with brand goals and messaging.
• Analytics and Iteration - Monitor analytics and continuously iterate based on performance data to refine content strategy and improve results.

To succeed in this role, you must have:
• Proven Experience - A proven track record of growing YouTube channels from scratch or to scale (100K+ subs).
• Deep Understanding - A deep understanding of audience psychology, YouTube SEO, and algorithm dynamics.
• Content Strategy Expertise - Strong background in content strategy, including knowledge of hooks, scripts, and structures that work.
• Leadership Skills - Demonstrated ability to lead creative teams and meet deadlines under pressure.
• Creativity and Performance Metrics - The ability to balance creativity with performance metrics.
