Role Overview
We’re looking for a Social Media Strategist who can think, write, shoot, and manage social media accounts end-to-end.
Even if you’re a fresher, you must have a strong foundation in English content writing, creative thinking, and comfort being on camera.
This role is for someone who can own social media, not just “assist”.
Key Responsibilities
• Write original content for social media (captions, hooks, scripts, ideas) primarily in English and Hindi
• Conceptualize and plan content for Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms
• Shoot content (mobile is fine) and be comfortable appearing on camera when required
• Manage posting, scheduling, and day-to-day handling of social media accounts
• Work closely with the internal team to align content with brand goals
• Track basic performance metrics and suggest improvements
• Maintain consistency in tone, language, and brand voice
• Required Skills & Qualities
• Strong English content writing skills (non-negotiable)
• Ability to write content on your own (AI can be a support tool, not a dependency)
• Creative mindset with fresh content ideas
• Comfortable shooting videos and being on camera
• Good understanding of social media platforms and trends
• Organized, proactive, and willing to take ownership
• Interest in working with a startup environment (fast-paced, learning-heavy)
Bonus Skills
• Basic video editing skills (Reels, Shorts, simple cuts)
• Basic designing skills (Canva / similar tools)
• Hindi content writing skills
• Prior experience managing brand or creator accounts
