We provide all automobile service onsite as well as at our spacious service center in Al Quoz, where an ever-growing team of technicians and mechanics perform emergency and preventive car care services.

Job Summary:
As a Content Creator in Battmobile, you will be responsible for developing compelling and original content that resonates with our target audience. You will work closely with the marketing team to create a variety of content types, including blog posts, social media updates, video scripts, product descriptions, and more. Your content will play a crucial role in enhancing our brand's presence, educating our audience, and driving customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Content Development: Create high-quality, engaging content for various platforms, including blogs, social media, email newsletters, and the company website.
2. Industry Research: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the automobile industry to ensure content is relevant and insightful.
3. Content Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute content strategies that align with company goals and target audience needs.
4. Video and Multimedia: Produce and edit multimedia content, including video scripts, promotional videos, and infographics, to enhance visual storytelling.
5. Brand Voice: Maintain a consistent brand voice and message across all content to reinforce brand identity and values.
6. Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze content performance using analytics tools and adjust strategies based on data-driven insights.
7. Script Writing: Develop scripts for promotional videos, customer testimonials, and other multimedia content to effectively communicate our message.
8. Responding to Reviews: Manage and respond to customer reviews, including negative feedback, with professionalism and empathy to maintain a positive brand image.
Qualifications:
1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
2. Experience: 2+ years of experience in content creation, preferably within the automobile or related industry.
3. Experience with video production and editing.
4. Knowledge of automobile industry trends and terminology.
5. Familiarity with influencer marketing and digital advertising.
Skills:
1. Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
2. Proficiency in content management systems (CMS), social media platforms, and basic graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
3. Familiarity with SEO principles, keyword research, and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
4. Ability to generate innovative ideas and create content that captures the audience’s attention.
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to tailor content to different audiences.
6. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
