Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Jaipur for a Continental Chef. The Continental Chef will be responsible for creating and preparing high-quality dishes in a fast-paced environment, managing kitchen staff, inventory management, menu planning, and ensuring food safety and hygiene standards. The Continental Chef will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and provide customized solutions.
Qualifications
• Strong knowledge of Continental cuisine, cooking techniques, and flavor combinations
• Proven experience as a Continental Chef or similar role
• In-depth knowledge of sanitation principles, food preparation, and nutrition
• Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately
• Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills
• Certification in Culinary Arts or relevant field
• Availability to work in the evening, weekends, and holidays
• Proficiency in English and Hindi
