Job Description
We are seeking a diligent Contract Administrator to join our team and oversee the management of contracts and agreements with external contractors.
Key Responsibilities:
Review, draft, negotiate and prepare contracts with clients, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Issue contracts ensuring all necessary documentation is in order.
Manage contractual paperwork, encompassing modifications, claims, site directives, and notice of delays and extensions.
Review contract claims and monitor performance to ensure compliance.
Liaise with project managers, contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders for dispute resolution.
Maintain organized record of contracts and related documentation.
Prepare reports for contract related expenses and forecasts and communicate findings to Project Manager.
Skills and Experience:
Relevant qualification in business administration, construction management, or related field.
Proficiency in MS Office and Construction software Bizprac is a must.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in contract administration or building and construction industry.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiating skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Pay: $77,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
