Their expertise extends to 2D+3D animation, pre-visualization, and character design, making them a versatile player in the creative industry. in JD :- Architect Key responsibilities - Develop and present project plans, designs, drawings, and 3D models. - Utilize industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Sketch-Up, and other relevant tools to create precise and detailed drawings. - Understand client requirements and present creative design proposals. - Collaborate with designers, engineers, and contractors. - Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations. - Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources. - Maintain project documentation and prepare reports. - Ensure quality control and craftsmanship standards. - Apply out-of-the-box thinking to solve design challenges and enhance creativity in all projects. - Review and analyse project drawings. - Prepare detailed cost esmates for civil, mechanical, electrical, and artworks related to theme parks, amusement rides, and water park structures. - Prepare rate analysis, vendor quotations, and material take‐offs. - Maintain and update cost databases, supplier lists, and pricing records. - Participate in project budget, forecast ng, and cost control during execute on. - Qualification: - - Degree in Architecture / Diploma or degree in Drafting, Civil Engineering, or a related field. - Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in drafting, preferably in interior design, architecture, or theme park design. experience in big area landscape designing and hands-on experience with contour planning - Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp. - Strong attention to detail and the ability to produce high-quality, precise drawings. - Good understanding of
construction methods, materials, and building codes. - Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously. -
