The Contract Logistics Quality Specialist plays a key role in supporting quality and operational excellence within our warehouse operations. This position is responsible for ensuring that all processes across inbound, outbound, and inventory management activities meet both customer expectations and Kuehne+Nagel quality standards.

Working closely with warehouse operations and customer stakeholders, you will help drive continuous improvement initiatives, support audit readiness, and ensure high levels of service delivery for a key electronics manufacturing customer.

How you create impact
Support the implementation and maintenance of quality standards across contract logistics operations, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and Kuehne+Nagel guidelines.
Monitor warehouse processes including inbound, outbound, and inventory management to ensure accuracy, compliance, and service excellence.
Act as a key point of contact for the customer on quality-related topics, providing timely updates, issue resolution, and proactive communication.
Identify operational gaps, investigate root causes, and drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and audit requirements.
Support internal and external audits, including customer audits, ensuring readiness and compliance at all times.
Collaborate with warehouse operations, customer care, and continuous improvement teams to enhance performance and customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate reporting on KPIs such as inventory accuracy, service levels, and quality performance metrics.
What we would like you to bring
3–5 years of experience in contract logistics, warehouse operations, or supply chain quality roles.
Solid understanding of warehouse processes including inventory control, inbound/outbound operations, and stock accuracy.
Experience supporting or managing quality processes, audits, or continuous improvement initiatives within a 3PL environment.
Strong customer-facing skills with the ability to manage expectations and build effective relationships.
Analytical mindset with the ability to identify issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement solutions.
High attention to detail with strong organisational and documentation skills.
Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate across operations, customers, and stakeholders.
Exposure to electronics, high-value goods, or manufacturing environments will be highly regarded.
