Job Description
Degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in fit-out/interior projects, ideally within luxury or high-end sectors.
Strong tenure with previous employers, demonstrating stability and commitment (not leaving every 1 or 2 years).
Experience managing projects ranging from $10M - $100M NZD.
UK working rights (UK Citizen or Resident) or eligibility for a Youth Mobility Visa (Under 35 years old with no dependents), with the potential for sponsorship.
