We are looking for an experienced Contract Manufacturing Operations Executive / Sr. Executive to join our team at Bliss Gvs Pharma. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the day-to-day operations of our contract manufacturing operations. You will be responsible for ensuring that all operations are conducted in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures, as well as any applicable laws and regulations.
You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure customer satisfaction. You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with our contract manufacturers, as well as managing the procurement process.

Responsibilities:
• Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of our contract manufacturing operations.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain relationships with our contract manufacturers.
• Manage the procurement process.
• Ensure that all operations are conducted in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures, as well as any applicable laws and regulations.
• Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas of improvement.
• Prepare reports and presentations on operational performance.
• Develop and implement quality control systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in contract manufacturing operations.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
