Contract Salesforce Integration Specialist – DocuSign & Documentation Automation

Project Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient Salesforce Integration Specialist to support a short-term project focused on automating documentation workflows. The core task involves mapping Salesforce fields into paperwork templates and integrating with DocuSign via API for seamless document generation and e-signature workflows.
What You Will Do
Analyze and map Salesforce fields to documentation templates.
Write and optimize SOQL queries to extract relevant data.
Implement DocuSign API calls to automate document generation and signature workflows.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity throughout the process.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to validate field mappings and test document flows.
Provide documentation and handoff support at project completion.
What You Bring
Proven experience with Salesforce CRM, including custom objects and field mapping.
Strong command of SOQL syntax and query optimization.
Familiar with JSON Data
Hands-on experience with DocuSign API (REST/SOAP).
Familiarity with document generation tools or platforms (e.g., DocuSign)
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset.
Nice to Have:
Experience with Apex or Salesforce Flow.
Prior work on similar document automation projects.
Understanding of data privacy and compliance in document handling.
