Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Kitchen Helper to support our culinary team in providing exceptional food service. Duties
Assist with food preparation and meal assembly according to established recipes and standards
Support cooking activities by preparing ingredients and assisting chefs during meal service
Handle food safely, ensuring proper storage, handling, and sanitation procedures are followed
Serve food to customers or staff in a courteous and efficient manner
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen work areas, utensils, and equipment throughout shifts
Help with dishwashing, waste disposal, and restocking supplies as needed
Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment for all staff
Skills
Experience in food handling, serving, or food preparation within a restaurant or food service setting is preferred
Knowledge of cooking techniques and meal preparation processes
Understanding of food safety standards and sanitation practices
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
Previous kitchen experience or background in the food industry is advantageous but not required
Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing priorities within the kitchen setting
