Job Description: Momo Chef

As a Momo Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking momo, chinese and creating new recipes. Your duties will include:

· Preparing and cooking momos using traditional or modern cooking techniques and methods

· Kitchen work such as cutting, chopping, mixing, rolling and cooking

· Developing and testing new recipes and variations of momos

· Ensuring that the food is cooked to the highest standards of quality, taste, and presentation

· Managing inventory and ordering supplies

· Ensuring that the kitchen and cooking areas are clean and sanitized

· Following all health and safety guidelines and regulations

· Working with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations

· Maintaining a positive and professional attitude at all times

To be successful in this role, you should have a passion for cooking and a good understanding of South Asian cuisine, particularly momos and chinese You should also have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

Ø Previous experience as a Momo Chef or relevant cooking experience

Ø Knowledge of South Asian cuisine and momos

Ø Ability to manage inventory and ordering supplies

Ø Understanding of health and safety guidelines and regulations

Ø Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks

Ø Excellent communication and teamwork skills
