Job Description
Food preparation: Preparing ingredients, such as measuring, chopping, and peeling vegetables, and cutting meat
- Food presentation: Portioning and presenting food to meet expectations
- Kitchen maintenance: Keeping the kitchen clean and orderly, including washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and taking out trash
- Food safety: Ensuring food is handled safely and hygienically, including complying with sanitation guidelines and food safety regulations
- Stock management: Monitoring stock levels and placing orders
- Customer service: Meeting customer expectations and accommodating guests with allergies
- Communication: Liaising with front-of-house staff to ensure hot food is served
- Kitchen equipment: Operating kitchen appliances and cooking apparatus
- Supervision: Supervising kitchen staff
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
