Our client, TH Hospitality Services Pty Ltd, operates a diverse portfolio of venues across the Mid North Coast, Tweed Coast, and Gold Coast regions.
Job Opportunities:
Restaurant Managers: We seek experienced professionals to lead our restaurant teams. Ideal candidates will possess a Diploma or higher and a minimum of 3 years' experience in hospitality management.
Cooks/Chefs: We are looking for skilled cooks and chefs to join our kitchen teams. Required qualifications include Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery, with a minimum of 1-3 years' experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Restaurant Managers:
Plan menus with chefs
Organise special functions
Maintain financial records and stock levels
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Select, train, and supervise staff
Manage purchases and pricing within budget guidelines
Cooks/Chefs:
Maintain high cooking standards
Work effectively as part of a team
Meet service standards
Stay up-to-date with HACCP and food safety requirements
What We Offer:
A full-time role with excellent remuneration packages (from $73,150K to $85K p.a. plus superannuation) and opportunities for professional development in a happy team environment.
