Job Summary and Qualifications
Provides support for daily routine of the staffing office, not requiring long term planning. Assists nursing leadership with selected non-clinical functions to assure safe operational effectiveness.
What you will do in this role:
• Achieves professional goals set during previous evaluation period.
• Demonstrates professional behavior and conduct at all times.
• Demonstrates and maintains good employee/peer relationship and teamwork.
• Prioritize work and duties and must work well under stressful situations.
• Demonstrate good communication and customer service skills with patients, families, physicians, peers and healthcare team.
• Demonstrates functional and technical knowledge and skills to perform the job at a high level of accomplishment.
• Demonstrates commitment by being at workstation and ready to work at the start of the shift.
• Identifies solutions to complex issues in a logical and methodical manner.
• Participates in Performance Improvement activity.
What qualifications you will need:
• 6 months healthcare experience; Computer skills to include databases and/or scheduling programs
• Computer Skills to include databases and /or scheduling programs.
• Must be able to prioritize work and duties well and must work under stressful situations.
• Must demonstrate good communication and customer service skills with a variety or patients, physicians, and other healthcare providers both internal and external to the organization, both written and orally.
