The role
We are looking for a self-motivated Project Coordinator to join our OnAccount team on a part-time basis. You will support the team in delivering a variety of software solutions to large and small clients. Ideally, you will have a couple of years of experience, with a background in accounting or accounts admin and have an interest in software and accounting systems. This is an excellent opportunity if you enjoy variety and thrive in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple accounting software development and implementation projects of different sizes for a small development team across a variety of clients.
Maintain a variety of administration and reporting tools to ensure the team runs smoothly.
Create and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Proactively coordinate project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members, stakeholders, and our customers.
Maintain a high level of customer service, manage customer support systems, and ensure timely response and resolution.
Oversight of the system release process.
Maintain our product and client documents and knowledge base.
Requirements:
Accounting, both transactional and some understanding of accounting software, is essential to add value to clients as business and technical partners.
Outstanding organisational skills to work across concurrent development streams and the ability to be flexible when plans change.
The ability to communicate complex ideas effectively across all areas of the business, both verbally and in writing.
Understanding of software development lifecycle and methodologies.
