Coordinator Business Services
Salary: $+5,102 - $107,+05 (Plus Superannuation)
Fixed term: 6 months
Usual hours of work: Full time (flexibility may be available)
Usual work location: Ballarat (flexibility may be available)
The Role
Reporting to the Regional Director, Grampians, the Coordinator Business Services oversees business administrative systems and office functions for the Grampians regional team, ensuring efficient operations.
Key Accountabilities include:
Provide high-level administrative and corporate support to the Regional Director, handling confidential matters, briefings, reports, policy advice, stakeholder engagement, and event coordination.
Support senior leadership by interpreting business plans, implementing operational communication strategies, and ensuring workflow efficiency.
Manage regional business operations, including ministerial briefings, executive reporting, HR, and financial management, while providing strategic direction for the business support team.

The position of Coordinator Business Services forms a part of the Grampians team within Regional Development Victoria (RDV).
RDV drives economic growth, job creation, resilience, and recovery in our regions by partnering with businesses, communities, and government. Through strong networks and partnerships, RDV enhance local economic and community resilience while ensuring community voices shape government decisions. Our work aligns closely with other government priorities to maximize impact.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in high-level executive support, along with strong organisational, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills - essential for success in this role.
