About the role
Manage staff within contemporary Human Resources management principles to achieve quality outcomes.
Promote the Patient Support Services department by networking with staff and clients to achieve client focussed quality outcomes.
Plan, coordinate and deliver training to Staff to ensure skills are acquired/ maintained/ updated, appropriate for their work requirements
About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:
Fulfil the responsibilities of this role in accordance with Metro North HHS core values, as outlined above.
Coordinate and oversee the cleaning and patient assistance and transport activities performed by Patient Support Service staff, ensuring efficient services are provided using best practices and other Quality Improvement Principles, including budget integrity.
Complete environmental cleaning audits as per required ensuring compliance, reporting and communication processes are in place to provide feedback to all stakeholders.
Daily staff allocation and management of all time and attendance processes for PSS group.
