Job Description
Excellent leadership skills and experience in leading, managing and motivating a multi-disciplinary team in delivering services, programs and projects.
High level interpersonal and communication skills, including experience in negotiating outcomes and influencing stakeholders in a complex and dynamic operating environment.
Demonstrated skills, experience, knowledge and understanding of strategy and policy development, consultation, analysis, evaluation, and implementation as it applies to open spaces and urban forest.
Demonstrated skills and experience in the planning, programming and project management of capital works, including development of project briefs and business cases.
Highly developed organisational and time management skills with the ability to work under pressure in a complex environment to achieve agreed outcomes.
Demonstrated ability to work in accordance with, and champion, the Brimbank values and behaviours.
Current Victorian driver’s licence
