About the Role:
We are looking for a creative and detail-driven Copywriter to join our vibrant team on a part time basis at our Retail Support Centre in St Kilda. If you’re a natural storyteller with a flair for crafting engaging, on-brand content across multiple platforms, this is your opportunity to bring the Blue Illusion brand voice to life. Reporting to our Marketing Manager, you will collaborate closely with our Marketing, Digital, and Design teams to support strategic campaigns and new product launches. You will play a key role in bringing fresh ideas to the table and ensuring our messaging resonates across all customer touchpoints. You’ll have a strong understanding of our brand's culture and be skilled at adapting tone, style, and messaging to suit different audiences and business objectives. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate storyteller who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Craft clear, compelling, and consistent copy across a range of touchpoints including websites, eDMs, blogs, social media, brochures, packaging, and internal communications.
Collaborate with marketing, digital, design, and leadership teams to support strategic campaigns and product launches.
Ensure all content is aligned with business priorities, engaging, accurate, and on-brand.
Manage and maintain the brand's messaging library to ensure consistency across projects.
Contribute to campaign planning and evaluation with creative insights and performance feedback.
Manage multiple writing projects and take ownership of deadlines, timelines, and outputs.
What You Bring:
Proven experience as a copywriter in journalism, marketing, communications, or a similar field for over 3 years.
A portfolio demonstrating strong writing across digital, print, packaging, and campaign platforms.
Meticulous editing and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and competing priorities.
A collaborative spirit and ability to thrive in a creative team environment.
A genuine passion for wellness, lifestyle storytelling, and purpose-led brands.
Availability to work part-time onsite at our vibrant St Kilda office.
