Description
We are seeking an experienced Core Architect to lead the migration of a client's Microsoft Active Directory, along with all associated services linked to the Microsoft ID, and provide ongoing maintenance post-migration. This part-time, project-based role requires a skilled professional who can ensure a smooth transition with zero downtime or data loss. The project’s goal is to maintain continuous access to all critical services, both Microsoft and non-Microsoft, that are integrated with the Microsoft ID.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the migration of Microsoft Active Directory and ensure the seamless transition of all services linked to the Microsoft ID, including non-Microsoft services.
Guarantee continuous access to associated services such as identity management, authentication systems, and cloud services, including Microsoft Azure and other integrated platforms.
Analyze the existing Active Directory infrastructure and integrated services to identify potential challenges and mitigate risks.
Implement best practices for Active Directory and service migration, ensuring system stability, security, and seamless functionality.
Provide post-migration maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure long-term stability of Active Directory and all linked services.
Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to design and implement a migration strategy that ensures zero downtime and no data loss.
Deliver thorough documentation and knowledge transfer to internal IT teams for the ongoing management of Active Directory and associated services.
Required Skills and Experience:
Extensive experience managing and migrating Microsoft Active Directory in complex environments, along with the integration of multiple services linked to the Microsoft ID.
Strong expertise in Microsoft Azure and other services integrated with Microsoft Active Directory, such as third-party identity management and cloud platforms.
Proven ability to ensure data security, integrity, and continuous access to all services during large-scale migrations.
Familiarity with AD-related services such as DNS, Group Policies, Identity Management, and non-Microsoft services linked to the Microsoft ID.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to proactively address potential issues during migration and post-migration support.
Experience with post-migration monitoring, maintenance, and troubleshooting to ensure ongoing system performance.
Project Scope:
Estimated time commitment of approximately 100 hours during the migration phase.
Ongoing support for maintenance activities will be required after the successful migration to ensure continued system and service stability.
This is a part-time, flexible opportunity with compensation based on an agreed-upon hourly rate.

Pay: From ₹60,000.00 per month
