Job Description
Job responsibility includes
• Roughly 30:70 split of leading 'Business & Functional Specialist' chapter and performing individual contribution role within a squad
• Building, coaching and mentoring the BFS chapter in India for Core Payments
• Understanding, elaborating and documenting business requirement in Jira in the form of user story; documenting acceptance criteria
• Perform gap analysis of existing system capability against to-be functionalities
• Perform functional and regression testing
• Help PO on user story prioritization based on business value
Primary Skills:
• Story writing in Jira; creating functional documentation in Confluence
• Stakeholder business, operations, program management communication experience
• Good knowledge of payments domain – Credit Transfer/ Instant Payment/ RTGS / Cross-Border payments.
• Creating test scenario, perform functional testing
• Experience of performing gap analysis
Leadership skills
• Ability to build and coach a team (chapter) of Business Analyst
• Introduce and nurture the best practices within the chapter
Secondary Skills:
• Experience of creating flow diagram, ER diagram using Visio or equivalent tools
• SQL
Nice to have
• Sound understanding of ISO20022, SWIFT tools
• Team building / leading experience
• Experience of platform modernization
