MUST Haves
10+ years of experience
Java 8/11, SpringBoot, Kafka, SQL and Relational DB, Working knowledge of MQ
REST API and MicroServices
CI/CD Azure DevOps, OpenShiift platform
Cloud native application design and architecture
Nice to have
ElasticSearch, NoSQL data store, gRPC,
Knowledge on managing applications on the Public Cloud
Banking / Payments knowledge
Test automation
Behavioural skills
Agile leadership, Experience in leading teams of 5-10 people
People management skills in being responsible for their professional growth, Coaching and Mentorship skills
Able to work with cross functional and multi-cultural individuals / teams
Good communication skills and fluency in English
