3 - 7 years of Accounting experience
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Knowledge of Real Estate Accounting, A/P, A/R, and GL Management
Experience with BNA Fixed Assets and YARDI Systems
Knowledge of State and Corporate Taxation and Financial Analysis

Responsibilities
Work with Treasury and Accounting team on their daily operations including cash management, Real Estate accounts payable, accounts receivable, managing payroll, month-end closing activities, etc
Works closely with Treasury manager on month-end and year-end closing to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance
Assist Treasury manager for financial and tax audits, schedules for tax preparation and financial reporting
