Responsibilities include but not limited to the followings:

• Knowledge of Real Estate Accounting, A/P, A/R, and GL Management
• Experience with BNA Fixed Assets and YARDI Systems
• Knowledge of State and Corporate Taxation and Financial Analysis
• Prior supervisory experience is a plus but not required
